3 Tier Process
Tier 1
Team Imprint™ Leadership Workshop
- A 2.5 hr on-site workshop for all leaders that you would like to assess and develop for your ministry.
- Each team member will take a Personality Imprint™ Premium assessment and their results will be combined with the results of other team members for a Team Imprint™.
- The Church will receive real-time access to the database for the assessment results for their team.
- Each member will learn more about their individual Spiritual Gift, Leadership Competency, DISC Personality Type, and Learning Style, as well as how they add value to the overall team.
- Identify “gaps” on the team and how to fill them.
- Team exercises and involvement make it fun and exciting.
Ministry Plan Information
- Consultant will lead your team through our ” 7 Step Culture-Shaping Ministry Plan™”.
- Your organization will define a strategic plan specifically designed to move you forward.
- Must complete a Team Imprint™ before beginning this process.
- Working directly with your team on the Spiritual Gifts, Leadership Competencies, motivations, strengths, blinds spots, and stress triggers.
- You will gain clarity about the strengths of your team as well as the areas that need to be strengthened.

Tier 3
Executive Coaching Information
Are you stuck? Are you being as effective as you know you can be? What parts of your life are not going that well?
- You will learn how to consistently focus on who & what matters most.
- You will get clarity on your “hard wiring” and understand how to operate in your strengths and how to avoid your stressors.
- You will get serious traction towards your next big goal and life purpose.
- You will have someone in your corner who knows how to bring out your best
